Meeting called to order by Superintendent Morgan at 7:02 P.M. Declaration of Open Meetings Law Adherence
Roll call/Pledge of Allegiance
Election of Officers:
S. Cool nominated Duane Bowers for President.
Motion Strasburg, seconded Bierman the nominations cease and Bowers be elected President by acclamation. Unanimous on roll call vote.
Nelson nominated Joe Cool for Vice President.
Motion S. Cool, seconded Strasburg, the nominations cease and J. Cool be elected Vice President by acclamation. Unanimous on roll call vote.
J. Cool nominated Eric Nelson for Treasurer.
Motion Bierman, seconded Strasburg the nominations cease and Nelson be elected Treasurer by acclamation. Unanimous on roll call vote.
Strasburg nominated S. Cool for Secretary.
S. Cool nominated Strasburg for Secretary.
Motion Nelson, seconded J. Cool nominations cease. S. Cool was elected Secretary 5 to 1 on roll call
Motion Nelson, seconded S. Cool to elect Michelle Preston as Secretary to the Board of Education. Unanimous on roll call vote.
Motion J. Cool, seconded S. Cool to appoint Perry, Guthery, Haase, and Gessford, P.C., L.L.O as District Legal Counsel. Unanimous on roll call vote.
Motion Bierman, seconded Strasburg to appoint Pinnacle Bank as the Official Depository for all district funds. Unanimous on roll call vote.
Motion Bierman, seconded J. Cool to appoint the Arnold Sentinel as the official newspaper of the district. Unanimous on roll call vote.
Motion Bierman, seconded Strasburg to approve all board policies currently in effect. Unanimous on roll call vote.

Beef Boosters – Makers Space
